We collect information that you provide directly and information that is generated automatically when you use the platform All data is stored on a secured database grid with encryption in transit and at rest
- Company name and business registration details
- Full name, age, and mailing address
- Email address and phone number
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers
- Cookies, session tokens and analytics data
- Order, conversation, and integration metadata you import into HyperOrder

Data Protection & Retention
HyperOrder protects customer data through layered physical and electronic firewalls, end-to-end encryption, intrusion detection systems, and continuous threat monitoring Access is strictly restricted to authorized personnel under role-based controls and audited regularly
Upon termination of service, customer data is retained for a maximum period of six (6) months to support reactivation, accounting, or legal obligations After this retention window, all customer data is permanently removed from our active systems and backups under verifiable deletion protocols

Purpose of Data Use
HyperOrder uses collected data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve software services and customer support
- Resolve disputes, troubleshoot issues, and enforce our policies
- Prevent illegal or fraudulent activities and protect platform integrity
- Optimize workflows, performance, and product features
Device-level access permissions — such as reading or writing contacts, fetching real-time location, accessing external storage, or maintaining internet connectivity — are requested only when required and always subject to explicit user consent

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, administering permissions across your workspace, and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized entry or security breach to [email protected]
You take full responsibility for any outbound communications generated through HyperOrder, including marketing emails, transactional notifications, and customer messages, and you confirm you have obtained the necessary consent from your recipients in accordance with applicable laws

Allowed Third-Party Disclosures
HyperOrder will only disclose customer information to third parties under the following circumstances:
- Information that has already been made public by the customer
- With the customer's explicit prior consent
- To comply with legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements
- To joint-venture or ecosystem partners required to deliver the requested service
